15 years of marketing, three continents, one mission: making AI genuinely useful for the people doing the work.
I've spent over 15 years helping brands, teams, and learners make sense of digital change. My journey began in Budapest, where I founded my own social media marketing agency, Mindea, in 2012 and built it into one of Hungary's leading social media marketing firms.
As CEO and Head of Strategy, I led campaigns for global brands including Estée Lauder, NIVEA, Forbes, Schwarzkopf Professional, and the European Parliament, among many others.
A turning point
In 2020, I merged Mindea into Dentsu Aegis Network and took a step back to redefine what I wanted to do next. The answer was clear — I wanted to teach what I'd learned and help others navigate the future of marketing with confidence.
Five months in Bhutan
In 2022, I moved to Bhutan for five months to work as a Digital Marketing Master Trainer for the Royal Government of Bhutan as part of a youth upskilling programme. I developed the country's first digital marketing curriculum and taught in local vocational training institutions — an experience that deeply influenced how I teach today.
Pivoting to AI
When AI tools began to reshape marketing in 2023, I pivoted my focus entirely to AI for marketers. Drawing on agency experience, I created practical training programmes that help teams use AI for real campaigns, content and data tasks — not just talk about them. Since then I've delivered workshops and talks across Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
